About the opportunity
This role is responsible for providing a full range of administrative support to Critical Care and Medicine Sub Acute divisions at Werribee Mercy Hospital, which requires coordination and support of the following roles:
Divisional Director Critical Care
Divisional Director Medicine Sub Acute
Clinical Service Director Medicine Sub Acute

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands, adapt to changing priorities and proactively solve problems.
Proven experience supporting senior executives, directors or leadership teams, enabling them to maximise their effectiveness and contribution to organisational objectives.




Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to use initiative, anticipate needs and provide proactive support in the coordination of complex schedules, activities and priorities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Experience in an administrative or executive support role within an acute healthcare environment will be highly regarded.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
