Facility Manager - Aged Care |Southeastern Melbourne, VIC

We're seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a well-run and structured residential aged care home in southeastern Melbourne.

As Facility Manager, you will provide hands‑on leadership across a large, community‑focused aged care home. You will be accountable for operational performance, care quality, compliance and team culture, while fostering a supportive, high‑performing environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide full operational leadership of the facility, ensuring compliance with all legislative and accreditation requirements
- Lead, coach and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting accountability, compassion and high performance
- Manage budgets, resourcing, rosters and workforce performance to achieve operational and financial targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain strong resident and staff engagement




- Oversee and review quality and clinical systems to ensure best practice and ongoing compliance

You'll need:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
- A track record of leading and managing multidisciplinary teams in a complex care environment.
- A strong understanding of quality standards, compliance, risk management and audit frameworks.
- Demonstrated operational and financial management experience.
