Sanctuary Recruitment is partnering with a respected aged care organisation to appoint an experienced Aged Care Regional Manager. This role will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across a portfolio of residential aged care services.

You'll need:
- A strong track record in team leadership, performance and service delivery.
- Proven experience managing regional or multi-site operations within regulated environments.
- Solid understanding of quality standards, compliance, risk management and audit frameworks (e.g. ISO-aligned systems, aged care or health settings).
