Organisational Development Specialist - We're excited to welcome an Organisational Development specialist to the Workforce Capability team.

Are you passionate about building leadership capability, strengthening workplace culture and creating environments where people can thrive?

We're looking for an experienced Organisational Development/strategic HR practitioner to join our Workforce Capability team at Sunshine Coast Health. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine organisation-wide impact by designing, delivering and evaluating contemporary initiatives that build capability, strengthen leadership and improve culture.

What you'll do

- Lead and deliver culture, engagement, leadership and workforce capability initiatives across Sunshine Coast Health.
- Partner with leaders and teams to use data, evidence and insights to identify opportunities and drive meaningful improvement.
- Design and facilitate contemporary leadership and capability programs that translate into behavioural change and improved performance.
- Support initiatives that strengthen psychological safety, wellbeing, recognition, diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Contribute to organisation-wide staff survey and culture initiatives, supporting leaders to understand results and turn insights into action.
- Provide high-level advice, coaching and support to leaders across a large and diverse health service.
- Lead projects and develop contemporary resources, communications and learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively across the Workforce Division to maximise the impact of workforce initiatives.





About you - You're an experienced Organisational Development or strategic HR practitioner who brings:
- Proven experience leading culture, engagement and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, consulting, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with staff survey data and organisational culture initiatives.
- The ability to translate research, data and complex concepts into practical, meaningful action.
- A contemporary approach to leadership and capability development, with a focus on real behavioural change and impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a diverse workforce.

A relevant qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Business, Education or a related field will be well regarded.

Remuneration value up to $157,351p.a., comprising salary between $4934.90 - $5286.10p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Fixed term temporary full time for up to 12 months).
