This is a hybrid position.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Manager or Senior Manager level risk and compliance consultant to join a leading global consulting and advisory organisation. This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries and organisations, supporting clients with complex risk, compliance and governance challenges.

You will play a key role in managing client engagements from planning through to delivery, while providing expert guidance across risk and compliance matters.

The Role

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and effectively managing client projects, ensuring they are appropriately resourced, coordinated and delivered to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering operational risk and regulatory compliance engagements for a range of clients across financial services and other industries
- Assessing and reviewing operational risk frameworks, policies, processes and control environments
- Supporting clients with the identification, assessment and management of operational risks
- Conducting regulatory compliance reviews and assessing organisations against applicable regulatory requirements
- Reviewing the design and effectiveness of risk and compliance controls and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the development and enhancement of risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures
- Supporting clients in responding to regulatory change and embedding new regulatory requirements into their business




- Preparing clear, high-quality reports and presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Managing client meetings and acting as a trusted advisor on operational risk and compliance matters
- Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance across risk and compliance engagements

About You

We are looking for an experienced risk and compliance professional with a strong background in either industry or professional services.

You will ideally bring:

- 4+ years' relevant risk and compliance experience, with 2+ years within a consulting firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
