Broken Hill Base Hospital & Health Services is seeking an Enrolled Nurse with operating theatre and CSSD experience to join their team on a three-month contract, starting as soon as possible. Based in Broken Hill, NSW, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment supporting surgical services and sterilisation operations. The position is remunerated at AUD40.29 to AUD54.13 per hour.

- Three-month contract role with immediate start available
- AUD40.29 to AUD54.13 per hour, plus superannuation
- Hands-on experience in operating theatre and Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) settings

Preferred Requirements

- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience working in an operating theatre workplace
- Proven experience in CSSD or sterilisation services
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and surgical asepsis standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) or equivalent qualification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Formal training or certification in operating theatre practice or CSSD operations
