Clinical Psychologist: $59.59 - $72.63 per hour
Social Worker or Occupational Therapist Level 4: $66.36 - $67.97 per hour
Snr Psychologist: $65.02- $70.46 per hour

(Getting On Track In Time) program and play a key role in delivering innovative early intervention mental health services that support young children to thrive.
As the Got It! Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership, coordination and line management to a dedicated multidisciplinary team while helping shape the future direction of the program across the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to directing service delivery and program implementation. Working collaboratively with the CYF-MH Operations Manager and the School Link Coordinator, you will oversee the planning,
development and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services for young children and their families. You will lead and support a skilled team through supervision, mentoring and clinical guidance, while building strong partnerships with schools, community organisations and key stakeholders to ensure the program reaches those who need it most.

What you will bring to the role * Recognised tertiary qualifications and memberships as follows a) Accredited Social work qualification and eligibility for membership of AASW, b) Accredited Occupational therapy qualification with current AHPRA membership, c)
Professional qualifications in Clinical Psychology with current registration with AHPRA and endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist; d) Registered Psychologist with current AHPRA registration who is eligible for grading as a Senior Psychologist (one-year full equivalent at the 9th year of service and thereafter on the salary scale).
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge, advanced clinical skills and substantial experience in the assessment and delivery of evidence-based interventions for children under 10 years of age and their families/carers. Demonstrated experience working with children and families presenting with complex behavioural, emotional, developmental and psychosocial difficulties, while exercising a high degree of autonomous practice, advanced clinical reasoning and professional judgement.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of therapeutic group, parenting and family-based interventions, including the ability to adapt programs and resources to meet local service needs and priorities.
- Experience and skills in developing, delivering and evaluating professional training packages in a range of contexts.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to provide clinical leadership, strategic oversight, consultation, clinical supervision and support to multidisciplinary staff, while contributing to service development and workforce capability.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution skills, decision making and advocacy skills with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels, to establish collaborative community partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, implement and evaluate quality improvement, clinical governance, service development and evaluation activities, and to support a culture of continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (Class C) and willingness to use same for work purposes.
