We are on the search for a permanent Senior Quality Engineer and a Quality Engineer for an exciting products business that pride themselves on creating solutions for the benefit of the community. As the SQE and QE you will be working closely with the business supporting the quality of a range of SAAS and on-prem products. You will need to be a ‘go-getter’ who is happy to get among the teams to collaborate, problem-solve and be an advocate for all things Quality. You will use contemporary ways of testing including; exploratory / risk-based testing, robust integration testing and AI-assisted testing in your day-to-day role.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years in Quality Engineering, Lead or Senior Software Testing roles (Senior QE)
- 3+ years in Quality Engineering or Software Testing roles (QE)
- Strong technical skillset with broad skills in all disciplines of testing
- Strong knowledge and experience in setting up structured exploratory testing
- Strong knowledge and experience testing both SaaS and on-premises products
- Strong knowledge and experience in System integration testing and Microservices testing
- Knowledge and experience in AI/ML model testing
- Some knowledge and experience in Automation and Performance testing
- A curious, strategic and customer centric mindset
- An energetic and collaborative personality




- A confident communicator with the ability to guide and influence.

The candidate must be based in Sydney or willing to relocate at their own expense. The salaries for the two roles are QE - $90-100K + Super and SQE $140-160K + Super.
