What you'll be doing
This is an entry level role offering full scope of a level 1 Health Professional which may provide the right candidate opportunity for growth and development working with Health Professionals within the Mid North Coast Local Health District. There may be opportunities to take up extra hours at other MNCLHD facilities.

Practising and promoting safe, efficient and effective Inpatient, Outpatient/Community care that reflects current standards of Physiotherapy practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You are a qualified physiotherapy professional with a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualifications, meeting the requirements for registration or eligibility for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. You possess well-developed communication skills and have the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to patients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.

You demonstrate the capacity to assess a range of clinical and complex situations, applying appropriate assessment methods, treatment techniques, and evidence-based procedures while exercising professional judgement consistent with your level of experience. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to provide safe, effective, and patient-centred care in a variety of healthcare settings.

You are recognised for your sound interpersonal skills and your ability to work collaboratively as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team. You build positive professional relationships with patients, families, carers,



and colleagues, contributing to a supportive and productive work environment.

You have a thorough understanding of, and commitment to, the Code of Conduct and professional standards established by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia, ensuring ethical practice, accountability, and high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you hold a current NSW Driver's Licence, providing the flexibility and capacity to travel as required to support clinical service provision across diverse locations.
