- Paying between $51.12-$56.72ph + super
- Brisbane CBD location with hybrid working flexibility

About the Role

Our client is a QLD government organisation based in the Brisbane CBD. They are currently seeking an AO3 Finance Officer to come in and work with them on a 3 month temp assignment with potential for extension or permanency.

Candidates for this role must have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar

- Proven experience with Technology One/TechOne system (Essential)

- Experience with Expense Me system (Desirable, not essential)

Key responsibilities include:

- Financial Processing & Reconciliations: Execute accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly bank reconciliations accurately and within designated timeframes.
- Administrative & Policy Compliance: Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks in accordance with corporate financial policies, procedures, and statutory guidelines.
- Data Analysis & FMIS Maintenance: Prepare, analyse,



and input financial data into the computerised Financial Management Information System (FMIS).
- Client Service & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries, delivering professional customer service and escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Operational Flexibility: Undertake additional tasks and ad-hoc duties as directed to support broader organisational and financial objectives.
