About the role:

Join our dynamic and friendly national service team as a Service Administrator. This full-time role is based at our Silverwater head office and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

We're looking for someone with an exceptional phone manner, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail to support our sales and service functions. In return,



you’ll become part of a supportive and collaborative team where your efforts are valued and recognised.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage busy switchboard, transferring calls & taking messages

· Process credit card payments

· Manage Service inbox

· Creation of new customers

· Logging service calls

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar administrative or support role

· Experience with Pronto software highly regarded

· Strong problem-solving and time management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Professional and adaptable phone manner

· Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
