About the role

Il Falco is seeking an experienced Hospitality skilled to join as Venue Manager. This role involves leading the Front of House and Kitchen team, including opening and closing of the venue, operating systems, processes, policies, staff management, and customer experience. The Venue Manager position is a full time salary position working from Wednesday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

- Lead by example with a fun, positive attitude and be the friendly face the crew looks for when walking through the door
- Oversee the running of the overall operations of the small venue, with a primary focus on customer experience
- Carry out daily FOH operations as a service-focused leader
- Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the venue
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Manage ordering and stocktake
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with the team, customers, suppliers, and vendors

About you

- A strong passion for hospitality and customer service
- A minimum of 2 years hospitality experience
- Preference for supervisor/managerial experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational,



communication, and leadership skills
- The ability to manage a small team and lead by example
- Experience in inventory management
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Approved Manager's card or willing to complete prior to employment starting
