Senior Contract Administrator – $120M Luxury High-Rise

About the Company

An established and growing building contractor is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join their team on a $120M high-end luxury mixed-use project on the Gold Coast.

The company has a strong track record delivering high-end residential and commercial projects and has a number of projects underway, with more in the pipeline.
You'll be working with a great team of approachable and experienced people, from the Directors through to the Project Managers and Construction Managers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strong Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on this project.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day commercial and contractual side of the project, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, consultants and subcontractors.

Your role will include:

- Managing contracts and subcontractors
- Preparing and assessing variations
- Managing progress claims and payments
- Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
- Preparing tender packages
- Cost control and commercial reporting
- Working closely with the site team to keep the project moving

What We're Looking For




- Experience as a Contract Administrator on large-scale multi-residential, mixed-use or commercial projects
- High-rise experience would be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management and cost control
- Experience managing variations, claims and commercial reporting
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with the site and delivery teams
- Experience with Procore, Aconex, Jobpac or similar would be advantageous
