About the Role:

The role will involve providing 360-degree recruitment. You will have autonomy to manage and develop your own client relationships.

Key elements of this role include:

- Business development and nurturing new client relationships
- Conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews
- Headhunting and proactively sourcing quality candidates
- Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
- Being honest and transparent with clients and candidate
- Running multiple job opportunities in a fast-paced environment while delivering quick and effective solutions for your clients.

Your Background:

- This is a consultative sales based role. To truly succeed, you will need to be passionate about educating customers, influencing people, negotiating, networking and driving outcomes. We work in a thrilling, busy and high-pressure environment.
- Strong sales experience or mindset coupled with excellent negotiation skills. Not everyone is going to say yes when you call them, in fact most people will initially say no.
- A proven passion for working with people, networking, and providing great customer service. This can include experiences across sales, hospitality, credit control, retail.
- You are resilient, a team player, and a confident communicator
