Scheduling & Customer Service Coordinator – Eastside Plumbing & Gasfitting (Croydon South)

We’re on the hunt for a Scheduling & Customer Service Coordinator to take control of and support our day-to-day operations and keep our field team moving efficiently.

The Role

Reporting to our Operations Manager, you’ll be central to keeping things running smoothly—coordinating jobs, managing schedules, and making sure nothing gets missed. You'll be joining our office, which is made up of a team of administration professionals who work closely together to support the business.

Your day will include:

- Managing incoming calls and booking jobs

- Scheduling plumbers efficiently across multiple sites

- Coordinating urgent/emergency works

- Managing and prioritising inbox and work orders

- Following up missed calls and enquiries within required timeframes

- Liaising with clients, building managers, and internal staff





- Assisting with timesheet tracking and job allocation

- Keeping systems organised and up to date

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Able to handle pressure and think on your feet

- Confident communicator (phone + email)

- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or admin (trade industry highly regarded)

- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently

- Positive attitude and team player

- Experience in Simpro job management system highly regarded
