This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable Adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships, working across sophisticated strategies and contributing to the development of a growing advice team.

The Opportunity

You will take responsibility for an established portfolio of ongoing clients, providing strategic advice across:

- SMSFs

- Superannuation and retirement planning

- Investments and wealth creation

- Direct equities and managed investments

- Australian and international investment exposure

- Broader strategic financial planning

Robust SMSF experience will be highly regarded, given the nature of the existing client base.

Importantly, you won't be expected to generate every opportunity yourself. The business has established referral relationships, providing a consistent source of new client opportunities alongside the existing book.

Leadership & Mentoring

As a Senior Adviser,



you will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop an experienced Associate Adviser who already has strong knowledge of the existing client portfolio.

This would suit someone who enjoys not only advising clients but also helping develop future Advisers and contributing to the broader success of the team.

About You

You will ideally be an experienced Financial Adviser with:

- Strong client relationship and communication skills

- Solid SMSF and investment knowledge

- Experience managing an established client portfolio

- A commercial mindset and ability to convert new opportunities

- An interest in mentoring and developing junior team members

- A desire to join an ambitious, growing advice business
