About the role

Dats Pty Ltd is seeking skilled and experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our warehousing and distribution team. This position based in North Maclean QLD 4280, offering flexible shift work with both AM and PM shift options available. As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient movement and storage of goods while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This role is essential to our daily logistics operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

- Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack and retrieve goods in warehouse racking

- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with precision and care to prevent product damage

- Organising and maintaining warehouse inventory according to procedures and systems

- Conducting routine pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment

- Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations, company policies and warehouse procedures

- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate warehouse activities

- Maintaining accurate records of goods movement and storage locations

- Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping and organisation

What we're looking for

- Current and valid High Reach Forklift licence

- Proven experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment

- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and a commitment to safe working practices

- Ability to work flexibly across both AM and PM shifts as required





- Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in goods handling

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Reliability and punctuality in a casual work arrangement

- Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking is desirable

- Forklift ticket refresher training or willingness to undertake regular training updates
