As our Projects division continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Permit Coordinator to join our team in Truganina and support the successful delivery of projects across Australia.

Reporting to the Construction Compliance Manager, you will coordinate permit approvals, inspections and compliance requirements across construction, installation and service projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Customers, Building Surveyors, Engineers and Contractors, you will help ensure projects are appropriately approved, compliant and ready for mobilisation. You will be responsible for managing permit applications, regulatory documentation, inspections and compliance records, helping keep projects on track and delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating permit applications, approvals and inspections.

- Preparing and submitting compliance documentation and supporting information.

- Liaising with building surveyors, regulatory authorities,



engineers and contractors.

- Tracking permit status and managing outstanding approvals.

- Maintaining permit registers, compliance records and project documentation.

- Supporting project reporting and final compliance sign-offs.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in permits coordination, compliance administration, project administration or a similar construction-related role. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Experience with building permits, construction compliance, NCC/BCA requirements or ERP systems such as NetSuite will be highly regarded.
