What You'll Be Doing
Person-Centred Care
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care that places patients and residents at the centre of decision-making and supports positive health outcomes.
Clinical Assessment & Care Planning
Undertake comprehensive assessments and contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
Work closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, effective and compassionate care.
Leadership & Mentoring
Provide support, guidance and mentorship to colleagues and students, and undertake team leadership responsibilities where appropriate to your experience level.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, accreditation activities and risk management processes that contribute to service excellence and patient safety.
What You Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Commitment to providing safe, evidence-based and person-centred care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Rights to work in Australia
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
