This is a fantastic opportunity with one of the fastest growing construction companies in Australia, recently ranked in the Top 15 Builders in the country. They require an experienced supervisor to join their growing team, with a pipeline of work until at least 2030 and beyond.

Reporting to the Building Manager, who is based on the Gold Coast, you will be responsible for ensuring that builds are completed on budget and on time, from site cut up to and including handover. You will also be responsible for the following:

- Maintaining superior Health and Safety standards onsite

- Scheduling and managing trades

- Managing and supervising daily and weekly onsite construction operations

- Checking onsite delivery dockets

- Daily reporting of site activities using Onsite Companion

- Organising site signage, toilets, bins, scaffolds

- Supplying photos of completed stages (slab, frame, enclosed, fix-out and practical completion)

- Co-ordinate building/handover inspections.

- Providing effective defects management to prevent delays in handover

- Facilitating obtaining of Form 21





- Assisting with obtaining local trade and supplier pricing to reduce costs.

- Ensuring an ongoing commitment to quality

You must have a carpentry or similar trade background and possess a valid and current QBCC Supervisors License and a white card. A proven track record with new residential builds and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors is critical to your success, as is your ability to work under minimal supervision. Your friendly but firm disposition, solid customer service skills and commitment to producing a quality home are key attributes for this position.

With multiple projects across Brisbane, there is a solid pipeline of work. As this builder is the sole builder in each development, no travel between sites is required. Your initial project will be supervising 45 double storey builds in Logan, along with 2 other supervisors (i.e. 15 each).
