Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or just getting started, we can support you and provide on-the-job training from our nominated supervisor and the team.

As a before school care, after school care and vacation care hours or casual educator at our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, you will be part of a growing team of educators who deliver after-school programs that provide high-quality education and care to school-aged children and support the wider community. You will provide nurturing care, ensure a safe and welcoming environment and create recreational and education experiences that are inclusive for all to enjoy.

You will build positive relationships with your team and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for our children and families. Our educators feel excited to come to work, knowing the difference they make to a child’s development.

Your skills and experience

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority).
- Experience working with school-aged children (OSHC, childcare, education or recreation)
- Confidence coordinating programs and supporting other educators
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
