ConsultANZ is looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to join a growing civil contractor in Brisbane, QLD. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers on water infrastructure projects. Open to junior to intermediate level QS and CA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Support Project Managers with contracts and commercial activities
- Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and EOTs
- Assist with pre-contracts and tendering
- Manage subcontractor progress claims
- Monitor project costs and commercial documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients and project teams
- Maintaining accurate project and contract documentation

What We’re Looking For:

- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in civil construction as a Quantity Surveyor ir Contract Administrator
- Understanding of contracts,



variations, claims and EOTs
- Strong communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Australian or New Zealand civil construction experience highly regarded
