About the role

As a Shift Leader, you'll be at the heart of our operations, orchestrating the protected and efficient end-to-end production of our beloved Philadelphia products. You are a people leader of 10-15 team members and a leader of Safety and Quality Culture.

Key responsibilities

- Support delivery of key plant metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability & Engagement

- Oversee total end to end operations and activities on shift

- Lead, support and motivate the core team to deliver excellent efficiency and delivery results

- Promote positive workplace culture

- Clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders

- Collaborating well in a diverse work environment

- Understanding of lean manufacturing and methodologies





About you

- Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing preferred

- Strong leadership, communication and decision making skills

- Ability to multi task and prioritise in a fast paced environment

- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, with exposure to Payroll systems & SAP advantageous

- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

- Reliable and organised with a proactive approach

- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- A good attitude and a willingness to learn
