About the role:

Our firm is seeking an experienced and capable Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of am established and renowned small-to-medium sized legal practice.

This is a part-time position of 2–3 days per week, with flexible working hours available to accommodate the right candidate.

The successful applicant will play a central role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both our team and our clients.

Key responsibilities:

- Overseeing the daily operations and administration of the practice

- Managing office systems, workflows and general resources

- Supporting financial administration, including billing, invoicing and reporting

- Coordinating and supporting administrative and support staff

- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies,



procedures and regulatory requirements

- Liaising with clients, suppliers and external service providers

- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency

About you:

- Proven experience in a practice management or comparable operational role

- A strong track record of managing office operations effectively

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities

- The capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgement

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
