About the role

As a Welder, you will be part of a small hardworking team to fabricate and finish sub-assemblies for radiators, marine heat exchangers and fabricated components. You will lead by example and take pride in your work.

Key responsibilities

- Producing high quality welding finish on copper, brass & steel components

- Train, mentor and take ownership of our welding department

- Following production schedule to ensure DIFOT targets are met

- Use of power tools, pneumatic tools, saws, hand tools and welders

- Read and interpreting engineering drawings

- Ability to carry out other metal fabrication duties such as marking out, grinding, sanding and drilling

About you

- Well established TIG and MIG welding skills

- Pride yourself on attention to detail

- Possess a trade qualification in Fabrication





- Experience or the confidence to lead, mentor and supervise others

- Experience with various grades of copper, stainless steel and brass

- Experience with welding exotic metals
