About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across a diverse portfolio of private sector projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing cost planning, estimating and cost reporting from feasibility through to project completion.
- Providing commercial and strategic cost advice to developers, investors and project stakeholders.
- Preparing and reviewing tender documentation, procurement advice, bills of quantities and contract variations.
- Managing client relationships and working closely with project managers,
consultants and contractors.
- Mentoring junior team members while contributing to the growth and development of the wider business.
Experience Required
- 4+ years' experience in quantity surveying, cost management or a related construction/commercial environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
- Strong experience across private sector projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Excellent understanding of cost planning, estimating, procurement and contract administration.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients.
