Community Support Cleaner

- Flexible shifts - 3 to 5 days per week depending on your availability
- Provide domestic assistance to client in their own homes, involves driving short distances between clients. All of our clients are South-of-the-River.

About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated part-time and casual Community Support Cleaners to join our Home Support Services team.
Our services operate Monday to Friday from 7:00am - 4:30pm (no weekends or late nights).
In this role, you will support older adults to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home workplace while continuing to live independently in the community.
You will need to drive your own vehicle between clients homes (paid travel time and mileage reimbursed at $1.01/km). The cleaning products and equipment are provided by the clients themselves.
Duties may include:
- General domestic cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Laundry and linen changes
- Basic household organisation and tidying
- Assisting clients pay bills or create shopper lists
- Maintaining accurate service records and communication with the office team
This role focuses primarily on domestic assistance services and does not involve personal care duties or social/community engagement.
About You
To succeed in this role, our ideal candidate will have:
- Reliability, flexibility,
and availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- A valid WA driver’s licence
- Access to a licensed and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed between clients)
- A National Police Certificate (obtained within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous cleaning, domestic assistance, hospitality, aged care, disability, or community services experience (preferred but not essential)
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
Additionally, you will have strong communication skills, good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while remaining part of a supportive team environment.
