Situated between Goondiwindi and Moonie, this established dryland cropping enterprise runs a broadacre grain program across productive farming country in Southern Queensland. The operation focuses on wheat and chickpea production and utilises modern equipment and efficient harvest systems to maximise productivity throughout the season.

Working alongside the harvest team and reporting directly to management, this role is suited to an experienced machinery operator who understands the pace of harvest and the importance of keeping grain moving efficiently between paddock and storage. Harvest is expected to commence from mid-October, subject to seasonal conditions.





Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Operate a Case IH Quadtrac tractor towing a 60-tonne chaser bin throughout wheat and chickpea harvest operations.
- Coordinate effectively with header operators, truck drivers, and management to maintain harvest productivity.
- Conduct daily machinery checks and assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting as required.

Selection Criteria:

- Previous experience operating chaser bins or large broadacre machinery during harvest.
- Strong awareness of harvest safety procedures and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, practical, and committed to completing the full harvest period.

Additional Particulars:

- Single accommodation available or BYO caravan; lunch and dinner provided.
- Seasonal full-time harvest role for approximately 4-6 weeks commencing mid-October.
