Anila Recruitment is partnering with a well-established not-for-profit Early Learning provider seeking a confident and experienced Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader near Rouse Hill. This is a full-time role within a preschool program (ages 2–5, 40 places), suited to someone passionate about driving quality practice and mentoring educators.

You’ll take the lead in guiding pedagogy across the service, working closely with the leadership team to embed strong curriculum outcomes and reflective practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading curriculum and pedagogy in line with EYLF
- Mentoring and supporting educators to build capability and confidence
- Embedding reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Supporting educators with planning, documentation, and critical reflection




- Guiding the team in managing children with more complex or challenging behaviours
- Working collaboratively with leadership to maintain high-quality outcomes

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
- Has current NESA accreditation (Provisional or Proficient)
- Has at least 1 year experience as an Ed Leader
- Has a deep understanding of EYLF and can translate theory into practice
- Is a confident mentor and communicator
- Demonstrates strong pedagogical leadership and reflective practice
