Junior Business Development Manager

We're offering a full-time role where you'll learn the ropes of sales from a team that actually sticks around (many of them have been here over a decade). You'll be trained, supported, and given the chance to build genuine skills and a long-term career and not just fill a seat.

No experience? No problem. If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn, we'll teach you the rest. Already experienced in sales? Even better you'll hit the ground running and have plenty of scope to take ownership.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients





- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers

- Researching target markets and industries to identify new business prospects

- Negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure recent business

- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure successful project delivery

- Analysing sales data and providing regular reports on performance

What we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box, but the right person will be someone who can show:

- A willingness to take initiative and work independently

- Solid computer skills (Office 365 a plus) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

- A team-first attitude

- Good organisation and attention to detail

- Clear, professional communication both written and verbal

- The ability to juggle a busy workload

- Discretion and a sense of responsibility
