About the role

We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who wants to be fully engaged in the day-to-day running of the venue. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. You'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of Pleasure Club while helping strengthen its culture, develop its team and support its continued growth during an exciting period for Odd Culture Group.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operation of Pleasure Club
- Lead busy evening and late-night services with confidence and energy
- Build, coach and develop a strong bar and floor team
- Create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Maintain and build on the unique energy, personality and experience that makes Pleasure Club what it is
- Work closely with the beverage and events teams to deliver great cocktails, live music and memorable nights
- Manage service flow, staffing, rostering and day-to-day operations
- Drive exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong operational standards
- Ensure RSA, licensing and venue compliance requirements are consistently met
- Recruit, onboard and develop your team

About you

- Has previous experience as a Venue Manager, Bar Manager or solid Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up




- Has experience in busy bars, cocktail venues, nightlife or high-energy hospitality environments
- Is confident leading teams during busy evening and late-night services
- Understands the importance of great cocktails, service and atmosphere
- Is highly organised and operationally strong
- Leads from the front and remains calm under pressure
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality, nightlife, music and culture
- Is comfortable working evenings, weekends and late nights
- Is keen to become deeply involved in the venue, its team and its continued success
