This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance and Operations Manager looking for a flexible, part time leadership role with genuine purpose and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Lead month-end, management reporting, budgeting,



forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage government grants, acquittals, audit and compliance
- Lead and develop a team of 5
- Partner with Directors and senior stakeholders, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee and drive improvements across broader finance and operational processes, systems and controls

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years' senior finance experience
- Strong month-end, budgeting, forecasting and analytical capability
- NFP, healthcare, community services or government-funded experience highly desirable
- Xero and Excel experience; Power BI advantageous
- CPA/CA advantageous but not essential
