Skills Required:

- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Service Management role.

- Working knowledge of ITIL principles, with demonstrated application within at least one IT Service Management process e.g., Incident Management, Change Enablement, Problem Management.

- Proven organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a structured workplace, with minimal supervision.

- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to customer service.

- Proven ability to work effectively and contribute within a team environment,



including supporting less experienced colleagues.

Desirable

- ITIL Foundation certification.

- Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management platforms in an operational capacity.

- Experience working within service desk, infrastructure, or managed services environments.

- Experience producing reports and analyzing service performance data.
