Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you’ll be their 2IC, leading Business Partnering and playing a key role in leadership development, organisational capability and employee experience. This is a high-impact role with genuine scope to influence how we lead, how we work and the culture we

continue to build.

About the Role

As our People & Culture Manager, you’ll lead Business Partnering across a diverse and growing business, spanning our Support Office, National Distribution Centre, omnichannel operations and our beautiful wellness

brand, IKOU.

You’ll partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, grow leadership capability and navigate the people opportunities and challenges that come with a fast-moving, evolving business. You’ll also lead key areas of our people strategy, including leadership development, learning, workforce planning and organisational capability, helping us build the skills and leadership we need for our next phase of growth.

As a key leader within our People & Culture team, you’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer and take the lead across the function when required, including during a period of long service leave.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead People & Culture Business Partnering across our diverse and growing business, including Support Office, our National Distribution Centre and IKOU.
- Partner with senior leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams and exceptional employee experiences.
- Coach and develop leaders, building capability, confidence and accountability.
- Lead leadership development, workforce planning,



talent and succession initiatives.
- Partner on organisational design, change and business transformation.
- Provide trusted, pragmatic advice on complex employee relations matters.
- Lead and develop the broader People & Culture team, creating a connected and high-performing function.
- Work closely with the Chief People Officer as a trusted 2IC, taking the lead across the function when required, including during a period of long service leave.
- Lead key People & Culture initiatives that strengthen culture, employee experience and business performance.
- Ensure our people practices are practical, compliant and aligned with our values.

Who you Are

You’re an experienced People & Culture leader who believes the best businesses put people at the heart of how they work.

You’re warm, commercially minded and genuinely love working with people. You build trusted relationships quickly, know how to coach and develop great leaders, and aren’t afraid to lean into the tough conversations when they matter. You bring energy, sound judgement and a practical approach. You care deeply about creating a great employee experience, while understanding what the business needs to perform and grow.

Most importantly, you want to make a difference. You’re excited to shape culture, grow capability, develop brilliant leaders and help build a workplace where people can do their best work.

What You'll Bring

- Strong experience in a senior People & Culture, HR Business Partner or people leadership role.




- A track record of building trusted relationships and coaching leaders to be at their best.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Contemporary Awards and employee relations.
- Experience across leadership development, workforce planning, organisational design and succession.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing People & Culture professionals.
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to balance people and business outcomes.
- A warm, collaborative and solutions-focused style, with the confidence to challenge when it matters.
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, logistics or another fast-paced consumer business will be highly regarded.
