ABOUT THE ROLE

- Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, Dysphagia. Paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
- Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Sunshine Coast office.
- Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
- Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists dedicated to making a real community impact.
- Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

ABOUT YOU

- You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- You have current SPA registration (or pending).
- You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
- Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
- You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
