KNIFE HANDS – IMMEDIATE STARTS

MORE Consulting is currently seeking experienced Knife Hands to join our client's busy meat processing facility.

If you're confident with a knife, have experience working with meat and want consistent work, we'd love to hear from you!

THE ROLE

5am Starts

You will be working in a rapid-paced pork processing environment, performing knife work and assisting with production operations.

Duties may include:

- Pork boning, trimming and knife work
- Cutting and preparing meat to specifications
- Using knives safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Working to production targets
- Following workplace health & safety procedures
- General production duties as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience as a Knife Hand
- Strong knife skills and confidence handling meat




- Experience in a meat processing environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Able to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a good attitude
