Client Relationship Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance broking professional to step into a relationship-focused role within a leading national insurance network.

As Client Relationship Manager, you’ll build robust relationships with brokers, understand the challenges within their businesses and demonstrate how a centralised broker support service can make their day-to-day operations easier and more efficient.

You’ll own the broker relationship from the initial conversation and onboarding through to ongoing engagement, ensuring brokers are getting genuine value from the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with brokers across a national network
- Introduce and promote the Broker Partnering service
- Understand broker businesses, pain points and capacity challenges
- Identify where the service can provide ongoing or temporary support
- Manage brokers through engagement, onboarding and implementation
- Drive ongoing utilisation and engagement with the service
- Monitor broker satisfaction and regularly gather feedback
- Act as a key contact and escalation point for service issues




- Work with internal and external teams to deliver solutions for brokers
- Identify opportunities to continually improve the broker experience

About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong general insurance broking background who understands how brokerages operate and the challenges involved in servicing a portfolio.

You’ll be a confident relationship builder and communicator who can quickly establish credibility with brokers, understand their needs and influence without taking an overly sales-focused approach.

Experience across business development, relationship management, broker partnerships or distribution would be highly regarded.
