At MatchWorks, we deliver Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) with purpose connecting job seekers and employers through personalised employment solutions that create real, lasting outcomes.

We currently have two fantastic IEA opportunities available within our team. One position will be based at our Mt Gravatt site, supporting day-to-day operations and service delivery. The second role will support our Employment Coach outreach services across multiple locations and can be based at either Mt Gravatt or Rocklea.

This outreach-focused role includes occasional travel to our sites at Wynnum, Cleveland and Redland Bay, approximately once per month. It offers a great mix of consistency and variety, providing support across several key service locations while maintaining a manageable travel requirement.

What you'll do

As an Employment Coach in our team you'll:

- Get to know participants' strengths and goals, then match them with the right job opportunities.
- Create personalised career plans and coach participants to build skills and confidence.




- Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long-term success.
- Build strong local networks to open more doors for jobseekers.

What you'll bring

- Great communication as someone who can build trust and lasting relationships.
- Organised multitasking skills as someone who can keep on top of plans, records, and deadlines.
- Outstanding skills as a team player who works well with employers, colleagues, and community partners.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

- Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Proficiency in another language that could support inclusive engagement.
