About the Role

Lemos Formwork is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Patcher to join our growing team. This role involves carrying out concrete repairs, patching, finishing, and defect rectification across a variety of construction projects throughout Sydney.

The successful applicant will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently within a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out concrete patching, repairs, and defect rectification

- Grind, repair, and finish concrete surfaces to a high standard

- Identify surface imperfections and complete corrective works

- Assist with stripping, cleaning, and preparation of concrete surfaces

- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

- Work closely with site supervisors and other trades on site

- Maintain a clean and protected work environment

- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Previous experience in concrete patching or rendering

- Significant experience (5+ years) as a Concrete Patcher/Renderer or in a similar role within the construction industry

- White Card / Construction Induction Card (essential)

- Driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Ability to use hand and power tools safely

- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Physically fit and capable of manual labour

- Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
