About the role

We are currently looking to appoint an Early Childhood Teacher, you will liaise with a supportive director and ECT - Educational Leader on how you can create a fun and engaging creative based learning setting with a school readiness focus. The position will be available from November 2026

This role requires the applicant to be able to work within a team of experienced educators, someone who is able to collaborate with other like-minded educators and is able to effectively engaging in, and evaluate early learning experiences / programs.

The position has opportunity to grow and develop different roles and offers professional development in a supportive hands on environment.

The position requires someone who is dedicated, confident and articulate in early childhood pedagogy and practice - someone with an absolute passion for education and care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Be involved in the development of an age appropriate program that contributes to each child's interests and emotional and social wellbeing;

- Complete documentation of children's experiences and learning;





- Regularly monitor the environment and actively maintain a safe, clean and well-maintained premise;

- Engage in professional and respectful communication with families, children and the team;

- Contribute to the philosophy of the program and actively live the values and vision of the organisation.

- Support your peers in striving for high quality programs, practices and environments.

Skills and experience

- Bachelor of Teaching Early Childhood Education (4 year qualified), OR working towards Early Childhood Degree

- Teacher registration in NSW

- Current, Cleared Working with Children Check

- Completion of Child Protection course and Geccko Training

- Current approved first aid and CPR

- Thorough working knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
