Casino Early Learning is a family-owned centre operating 50 weeks a year. We provide a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age, in bright and welcoming learning spaces designed to inspire curiosity and growth.

We’re open Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6pm, and we’re looking for passionate educators to join our dedicated team.

Positions Available

We welcome applications from candidates who hold or are working toward the following qualifications:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

✅ Essential Requirements

- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain promptly)

- Valid Working With Children Check

- Child Protection

- Sound understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

? Key Responsibilities

- Nurture and engage children aged 0–5 in a caring, inclusive environment

- Deliver and implement educational programs aligned with EYLF

- Create warm, inviting learning spaces that foster belonging and development

- Build solid relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community

- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability,



and a commitment to high-quality care

- Collaborate within a supportive team and contribute to a positive workplace culture

- Provide mentoring and guidance to peers when needed

? Selection Criteria

- Relevant qualifications (Diploma)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven knowledge of current regulations, NQS, and EYLF

- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with working hours

- Dedication to child development and wellbeing

- Ability to assess and monitor children’s developmental progress
