Global Powder Coating is one of Queensland's leading powder coating companies, operating from modern facilities in Archerfield and Richlands. Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking Sandblasters, Powder Coaters and Factory Hands to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Performing sandblasting duties using modern blasting equipment

- Preparing metal products for powder coating

- Powder coating a wide range of steel and aluminium products

- Packing and handling finished products

- Loading and unloading materials safely

- Assisting with general factory and yard duties

- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail

- Working with the production team to meet deadlines

- Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Experience in powder coating, sandblasting, manufacturing or factory work is highly regarded

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn





- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling

- Ability to work well within a team environment

- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential

- Commitment to quality and safety
