The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining AE Hoskins' high standards of safety, quality, and project delivery across a diverse range of commercial construction projects. You will coordinate daily site operations, liaise with trades and subcontractors, ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements, and drive projects to successful completion throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day site activity, including subcontractor supervision and coordination of materials

- Maintain constant communication with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator regarding site requirements, deliveries, and bookings

- Interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying potential issues prior to works commencing

- Monitor and manage project timelines, proactively updating the program in collaboration with the PM

- Conduct regular site inspections,



ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard and in accordance with Australian Standards and the NCC

- Ensure all personnel entering site comply with AE Hoskins’ Work Health & Safety Management Plan (WHSMP)

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and reports, including safety audits, quality checks, and incident reporting

- Support the resolution of technical and on-site challenges through critical thinking and collaboration

- Attend project meetings and represent the company in a professional and respectful manner with clients and stakeholders

Our Ideal Candidate

- Proven supervisory experience in commercial construction

- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset

- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Sound knowledge of trades, standards, and NCC compliance

- Experience with SimPRO and Microsoft Office Suite

- Skilled in time management, problem solving, and meeting deadlines

- Hold a current National Police Clearance, White Card, and valid manual driver's licence
