About the role

As a compliance administrator, you will be a driving force behind our Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and Fire and Life Safety Process. You will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the compliance process with ease. Pro-active problem solving, communication and attention to detail are key skills utilised on a daily basis.

Previous experience in the Fire Safety/Compliance Industry is not essential, as support and training will be provided; however, you will need a thirst to learn recent skills.

An overview of the key responsibilities include

- Follow-up and processing of building compliance and maintenance related documentation.

- Responding to email and telephone queries as required regarding compliance and legislation requirements

- Liaising with key stakeholders, including building & facility managers, contractors and internal staff

About you

- Experience in administration

- Well organised and proficient





- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package and the ability to learn and adapt to in-house operating systems

- A strong eye for attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously and as a team
