Position Overview

The Quality Assurance role is responsible for the production, quality assurance and quality control of laboratory test kits, laboratory chemicals, Reference Materials (RM) and Certified Reference Materials (CRM).

The role will ensure that all products are manufactured, tested, released and monitored in accordance with established procedures, customer requirements and applicable quality and accreditation standards, including ISO 17034, ISO 17025 and ISO 33405.

The position will work closely with the Manufacturing Scientist, Laboratory Manager and State Manager to ensure robust production planning, product quality, regulatory compliance and the continued development of the RM/CRM product range.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must have:





- A relevant Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years' relevant work experience, or

- A relevant Graduate Diploma with at least 5 years' relevant work experience.

Desirable Experience

- Experience in laboratory manufacturing or analytical testing..

- Experience with laboratory quality assurance and quality control systems.

- Understanding of measurement traceability and uncertainty.

- Experience with controlled documentation and SOPs.

- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work in a team.
