About the Role

This part-time opportunity offers up to 21 hours per week, with an example roster of:

- Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, professional, and positive pharmacy experience. In addition to supporting the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy, you will have the opportunity to assist with Webster Pack preparation, making experience or an interest in medication packing highly advantageous for this role

In this role, you will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
- Assist customers with over-the-counter medicines where appropriate.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.




- Assist with Webster Pack preparation and medication packing services.
- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and wide-ranging environment.
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

About You

You will:

- Previous experience in community pharmacy is preferred but not essential.

- Previous experience with Webster Pack preparation will be advantageous

- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
