We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Forklift Driver / Freight Coordinator. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work independently, stay organised under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced transport environment.

Hours: 11:30am until close

We are also building a pool of reliable ad hoc and standby staff to support various client sites across Sydney. These opportunities may include short-notice and last-minute shifts across transport, warehouse, logistics and production environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure all pickups are completed on time

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a qualified and timely manner

- Accurately scan incoming freight into the depot system

- Assist with labelling, staging, and coordination of freight

- Operate a forklift to support linehaul loading and unloading

- Secure loads using appropriate load restraint methods in line with safety standards

- Assist with manifesting and end-of-day operations

- Ensure all freight is processed efficiently prior to close





- Assist with general warehouse and freight duties as required

- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment

About You:

- Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or freight environment is essential

- Valid forklift licence with proven experience in a transport setting

- Confident loading and unloading trucks in a busy depot environment

- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with drivers and customers

- Computer literate with experience using freight systems and responding to emails

- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Physically capable of handling freight when required

- Reliable and punctual

- Flexible and available to accept ad hoc or short-notice shifts where possible
