We're looking for an experienced Senior Network Observability Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise technology environment focused on network observability, operational intelligence and data visualisation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll build and improve observability solutions, turning network telemetry and operational data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with network, platform and operational teams to improve visibility, issue detection and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build and maintain enterprise observability and monitoring solutions.
- Develop Grafana dashboards, metrics and visualisation frameworks.
- Analyse network telemetry and operational data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
- Work with telemetry platforms, data pipelines and streaming technologies.
- Integrate data from multiple operational and telemetry sources.
- Develop monitoring, alerting and analytics capabilities across network environments.
- Work with platform, DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve observability solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate these into practical technical solutions.
- Contribute to observability standards,



automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Robust hands-on experience with observability and monitoring solutions.
- Strong Grafana experience, including building operational dashboards.
- Experience with Prometheus, Kafka, Splunk, ELK/OpenSearch, Kibana or similar platforms.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with Python experience highly regarded.
- Experience working with telemetry, time-series data and operational data platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Good understanding of DevOps and cloud-native environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Network, NOC, Service Assurance or SRE experience would be highly regarded.
- Telecommunications experience would be a strong advantage.
