The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a successful and supportive real estate agency.

You’ll manage a clean and tidy portfolio, with two dedicated support staff completing all ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections, as well as open homes. With the inspections and administration taken off your plate, you can focus on what matters most: looking after your landlords and managing the portfolio well.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 240 properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage your inbox and day-to-day portfolio matters
• Monitor and manage rental arrears
• Prepare for and attend NCAT matters
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance through to completion
• Manage lease renewals and tenancy negotiations
• Ensure all properties are managed in line with legislation
• Work closely with two dedicated property management support staff

About You

• Previous property management experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
• Experience managing arrears and NCAT matters
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Strong organisation and time-management abilities
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
