About the Role:

We are seeking seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis.

You will be based at our Boronia House located at 183 Boronia Rd St Mary's (North) NSW 2760.

Night Shift Times: 11:00pm - 6:45am

- Week 1: Monday to Wednesday

- Week 2: Tuesday and Wednesday

Additional AM and PM shifts are also available.

Boronia House is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high level clinical care to meet resident’s individual care needs that will help enhance their quality of life. This includes ensuring that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements, communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives as well as providing leadership and supervision to other nursing staff. This position will suit Registered Nurses who are flexible and passionate about aged care.

Key Responsibilities, Skills and Experience:

- Current APHRA Registration (Essential).

- At least 2 Years experience as a RN in Australia (Desirable).

- Current Police Check (Essential)

- A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.

- Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict.





- Great communicate skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team.

- Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.

- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent written documentation and assessment skills.

- A good knowledge of the aged care accreditation standards.

- Provide leadership and supervision of Personal Care Workers

- Confident and experienced in supervision of other nursing staff
